There are various definitions for the “ego.” This episode discusses the ego as learned experiences, or biases maintaining homeostasis in our daily lives, holding us back from viewing ourselves and the Universe-at-large in a more empowered sense than what we have been taught reality actually is and can be. We also discuss how to effectively quiet the ego so we can take steps in our lives the mind may trick us into otherwise being too afraid to take.
